Sweet Jesse,

In the 3rd grade, Jesse and I used to go over to my grandmother's house and climb up into an old fig tree and eat our lunches together.    He was ,more than happy to eat my fried chicken, and I was, also, happy to eat his delicious tacos!

He lived with his lovely, elderly grandmother across from the Oak Ave. park...Once Jessie invited me to lunch.......his grandmother prepared the tastiest Mexican food!

I often think of how kind-hearted and nice he was......and I miss his bashful smiles.

Nice comments Liz for my friend Jesse. He was quite the pool shark in his younger days at Brackett's pool hall. Also he was my barber during the 60's and 70's, and he cut hair in his basement with the walls covered with Playboy centerfolds! Helped him get his first real job loading airplanes at Watts Aviation. Was sorry to hear he passed.
