I thank Donna for her friendship. She always seemed to be so happy and she spread her joy. She will be missed. This was unexpected to me--Can someone fill me (and others) in on when she passed away and what was the cause. Is (or was) there a service?
Donna Hill Spencer passed away on October 10, 2016 from cancer. She fought a long hard battle with this terrible disease and will be missed by many. MaryAnn (Montoya) Newman and I went to a memorial for Donna and it was beautiful. The family had a large beautiful picture of Donna (recent befor the cancer) and a slide show of her. Several people got up and gave a speech about Donna and her many accomplishments and what she meant to the community in and around Igo, California (near Redding). There were at least 200 people in attendance. She is now at peace.
