Mike Dalton, of Robbins, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2012. Mr. Dalton was an alumni of Woodland High School class of 1961. He was an accomplished painter, carpenter, welder, woodcarver, and an avid outdoorsman, recently landing a 27-pound salmon. One of his proudest accomplishments was the vacation home he and wife Lynda built from the ground up in LaPorte Pines where they enjoyed their time on the lake.
Mr. Dalton is survived by his parents Rete and Darrell Dalton of Stonyford, brothers Danny of Woodland, Larry of Stonyford, Dave of Knights Landing; daughters Michele of Tollhouse, Patricia of Arbuckle, Marcy of Yuba City; stepson Randy MacKaben of Williams; and grandchildren Aaron, Dustin, Kayla, Chloe, and Jace. He was preceded in death by his wife Lynda in 2010.
A celebration of Mike's life will be held Saturday, Oct. 27, in the Robbins Community Hall, 17540 Pepper St., Robbins
