Laurence Paul Thompson

August 02, 1943 – July 21, 1985

Larry died in a plane crash near Columbia Airport, California.

Larry grew up in Woodland, California and graduated from Woodland high School in 1961.

He received his business degree from California State University – Chico in 1966. After a tour in the U.S. Army, Larry earned a degree in dentistry in 1978 from the University of California - San Francisco. He practiced dentistry in Auburn, California after graduation and opened his own practice in 1982.

Larry is survived by his wife Maryis Thompson and a son, Christopher Thompson, both of Auburn, California; his father E.B. Thompson and mother Ruth Thompson both of Woodland, California; brother David Thompson of Sacramento, a sister Loriane Georgeson of Alexander, Virginia.
